looks like sizes for buckets are mostly available in s/m or l/xl now... fitted in 7 1/2 should i be going l/xl? anyone have a l/xl that knows how it fits?

I'm just saying incorporating some sort of strength training with your cardio you will benefit more and end up achieving your goals faster. Lifting weights > burning calories + increase metabolism -> cardio -> burning calories...
