yeah yeah there is such a massive different when you have quality parts, i am trying to get a full dura ace or campy track grouppo (at a reasonable price) for my other bike to improve the ride. smoooooth as butter yo!

they all get paid a sum which is relative to the cost of living in their certain area - i would say that is one of the main reasons why wages are different from country to country, but don't get me wrong - people are still getting exploited quite badly in all nations

there's absolutely no need to go to art school, you just become indoctrinated into their whole paradigm and how they percieve and value art,as well as their ways of producing it, it would seem that this would somewhat limit your ways of interpreting artworks as well as producing them. if you want to become an artist the best way is to just start from the ground up and just start making and creating. If you actually want to make some money probably your best bet is to go into industrial design or some kind of design oriented field, i think most artists are strugggllinnnnsmh

giving back is hard....most brands don't really make enough profit to live comfortably, continue the label and give back to the community....fashion is hell competitive and it's just a little hard to give cash out when you don't know when the next paycheck is coming in. Having said that, the larger names & brands should be the ones giving back a little bit - but i think corporate structures make that a little hard to do very often.
