Restaurant wise: Samurai, Terrasse and Seerose. Bars: Terrasse, Taos and Paddy Reillys. Shops: Trois Pommes, Grandism and Bahnhofstrasse. Clubs: Saint Germain. Saint Germain. Saint Germain. Maybe Jade also. In the places I mentioned you shouldnt have a problem with english. In general, maybe at Kiosks and stuff, but in general people do speak english. Also remember to bring a lot of $$$ because ZH is fucking expensive.

Check out escher wyss platz, they got a store called grandism there. For street/skate wear check out niederdorf, they've got a bunch of shops around there. APC can be found at Apartment which is on Loewenstrasse. Higher End Brands such as Balmain, Balenciaga etc can be found at various Trois Pommes which are scattered all around Bahnhofstr (Zurich is small, they're less than a 10 mins footwalk away from each other - if that). Food wise, Burger is good when you're trying to eat a quick sandwhich or something. For the best cafe de paris steak and good cuisine go to Seerose, Terrasse or Chez Fritz. Sushi is best at Samurai in Wiedikon - just amazing. Drinks, there's Paddy Reilly's near Loewenstrasse, Shamrocks in Wollishofen, Terrasse and Skebe at Bellevue, Onyx Bar in the Hyatt, Metropol, WidderBar in the Widder Hotel on Rennweg, Zum Hoeck for some traditional cheap ass swiss beer near the main trainstation, outback in Stadelhofen and others. Club wise I suggest Saint Germain on Bahnhofstrasse/Rennweg, Indochine, Encore Zurich, Alte Boerse, Kaufleuten, Jade or Icon. But really Saint Germain is the one and only. Also check out Tao's for a nice bar with a good restaurant. If you need any more info let me know.

Hey everyone, I haven't been on here in a couple of years but I'm moving to london this week for university. I am going to be living in Clerkenwell and I had a couple of questions concerning it. - How's the area itself? - Is it safe? - Any good restaurants around (japanese, asian in general, pubs, italian etc etc). Take out places? KFC :D? If you have anything else to say about the area and london in general please let me know. I've been to LDN several times and know some of the stores such as Harvey Nichols, Dover Street Market, NSW, Hideout (still open?), Garbstore. If you could let me know about any other stores of the alike I would be appreciative. Cheers.

So I got a pair of 1947 501s from this year. I am a 32 waist and I bought a 32 x 36.. My question is, if I wash em cold without tumbling, how much will they shrink? I am kinda scared to wash em since I heard that they will shrink like crazy?) And yes, I know I am retarded for not sizing up...

So I got myself a pair of Raw 1947 501 today (W32xL36) and they fit perfect around the waist. My concern is that when I wash them they will be too tight and won't losen up anymore.. Anybody have any experience (I am not planning on washing them for the next 3 or 4 months though)? Should I soak? Or just wear them and let the waist stretch? SOMEBODY PLS HELP ME. KTHXBYE. Oh and - how much should I expect them to stretch in the waist?

[Quote] Yeah i know that, i have a backpack with clips at the waist area myself. What i'm trying to say is that the clips and straps on the idiom and on lazylrx's backpack are way too huge and just look goofy and tacky as fuck. THey don't flow with the fit.

[Quote] for some reason I fuckin' hate this and lazylrx's backpack. With the fuckin things popping out at the waist. It just looks fucking stupid. Nice Double Taps crew from earlier though.
