I will file for a refund. I figure it were a regular auction then I would've waited, because I've won auctions that I forgot were ending and didn't pay right away, but the longest I've not paid is 3 days. He knowingly hit the Buy It now 4 days ago now and hasn't communicated once. I didn't even leave negative feedback, I left neutral saying what happened, and if he still wants them, he can BIN it again, but I have it set to immediate payment this time so that they stay listed until someone pays. Thanks all for the help.

He only had 1 feedback for some what seem to be fake tiffanys from January. I went ahead and relisted with the immediate payment option. Just needed one person to tell me so I didn't feel bad, but some communication would have been nice......oh well. Thanks.

Ok, I posted some stuff on Ebay and two days before an item was to end, I got an email from a user who asked a question. I responded and he, in turn responded to my response. Then that night (Thursday) he used the BIN function to purchase the item. I meant to put the immediate payment option on there, but must've missed it, because the 'buyer' hasn't paid yet, but that's not the issue. The issue is, I've been sending messages and have had no response. I"m not sure if I should give this person more time, or just relist the item. I don't want to lose out on any of the other potential bidders, but I also don't want to offend the BIN person in case they are on vacation (holiday weekend). I just figured usually when someone uses the BIN feature, they pay right way or let the seller know they will be gone for a while. So basically, my item has been taken off it's listing and I haven't seen payment or gotten a response. Just curious what you guys think I should do. Thanks!

Haha, yeah kind of. I'm not really 'fat' per se, but I do have a gut. I'm 5'8" and my mid 20s weight was 170, but now I'm at 200lbs. My thighs are what cause me the biggest issue otherwise I might be able to go down a size on the waist. I'm working on getting back to my normal weight, though my waist has always been about 33-34". I have a pretty stalky build.

[Quote] Yeah, you might want to check them. Even the Goughs, that everyone thought were raw, and even felt raw, were one wash.

I agree that racism sucks and everyone should be color blind (not just to skin color, either), but one thing that bugs me is the fact you and your friends use racists terms "joking" around with each other. Imagine someone of the race that you are jokingly using a deragatory term walking by and hearing you. They would probably go homae and get on their message boards with a similar post. **similar, but not the same, because in this case it was directed at someone intentionally with malicious intent. But throwing those words around won't help anyone's cause anytime soon, imho. And for the record, I've actually take the brunt of racism growing up. All my friends were Samoan/Guamanian, but when I'd go to Islander parties, it didn't stop others from degrading me for being a white kid there. I eventually got to know enough of them that they considered me part of their family (called me IOC for inside out coconut, cuz I was weird and brown on the inside/white on the outside), but I still heard all the anti-white jokes.
