I work my legs purely for the testosterone. Squatting is probably the most important lift of any routine. You get your squat up and everything else will follow (bench, deadlift, military press: they will all get better).

There is no secret to putting on mass. The more you eat, the more you will put-on. I don't care how heavy you lift or what supplements you are on. If you don't eat, you are wasting your time.
