Just recieved my new Tanner Goods belt in Natural color. I want to protect this thing, but want to keep it that light birch looking color as long as possible. I'm worried putting a leather protector on it will make it turn darker brown which I don't want. Is there a solution or product I can use to keep it the natural color?

[Quote] Thanks for the thoughts fellas. Ordered these online on a whim and got them out of the box yesterday and wasn't really feelin' them either. Wanted to post here and get reactions and tend to agree with you all. Already returned them and just copped a pair of Black/Tiffany mint Janoski's instead. Like the colorway, suede and leather laces better.

[Quote] - Pick a spot on your thigh/knee area that you want it to start getting less baggy at (use a safety pin to mark that spot) - Then pinch your ankle opening to the amount of opening you want it to be (use a safety pin to keep that pinched amount of fabric) - Take to tailor and say "taper these bitches from the top pin down to the bottom pin" For me I go: - approx. 10.5" in mid thigh - tapered down to 7.25" ankle opening ** with this makes the knee opening around 8.25"
