Advice/Ideas for company PLEASEEE????!!!

No doubt. When you do decide to print, I would recommend you go with either the Alstyle 1301 or 1701 for a good, standard street wear fit as well as quality. If you're going for a fashion fit, check out Next Level Apparel. I'm far from an expert, but I've learned a bit in the past year I've been active. If you ever have any questions feel free to hmu, I'm always down to help out.

Advice/Ideas for company PLEASEEE????!!!

My advice to you is to imagine the target audience you want to go for and who you can see wearing your gear. What niche do you want to represent? What music do you like? What type of culture are you down with repping? I agree with Jay, you shouldn't be asking anyone this question but yourself. If you want to make something original and different that no other brand has done/is doing, it's going to come from your brain and not someone else's.

I don't think Dangerer's logo is THAT similar.. I know when you're submitting a trademark for registration they do one search on the brand name and if there's a logo, they enter it into a database to find logos with similar shapes. I mean it could possibly come up as a problem, but honestly even the shape is different. I really like Dangerer's logo, I think it's dope as fuck. Idk, If I were you, I would attempt to register a trademark first before you print. Like I told someone else on here, it isn't completely necessary, your first use of your design on the internet just by posting it anywhere is proof of your ownership.. But if you do get sued and something does come up, instead of the brand fighting with you and trying to prove you wrong/that you stole their idea, they have to fight with the Federal TM office and try to prove them wrong for approving you.. Which is an uphill battle since the Federal TM office is tight as hell with what they approve. I own two trademarks for TPL, it's the very first thing I did and It came in handy twice already shockingly.

[Quote] Fasho. Such a shame he had to pass away. I knew of him, but unfortunately didn't truly begin to appreciate his music until he passed. I guess I wasn't mature enough for it yet. His production along with the artists he collaborated with made his music very thought provocative.

[Quote] I agree with you to an extent. You gotta discover things on your own and make mistakes. But having someone who experienced and went through those common mistakes relay their experiences onto you will help. I know I wasted money by making dumb ass mistakes. If I had someone offer some knowledge to me, I wouldn't have made them in the first place. I learned pretty damn well from them, I still wish I had someone pass some advice onto me though. One of the hardest and most basic things is figuring out what shirt brand to print on. There isn't much good information on that. My first time around I went with Next Level Apparel, but it wasn't the fit I was hoping for. Luckily my second and current printers were super knowledgeable and chill and sent me a few free sample packs to sample shirt qualities and explained each brand to me. If I can pay that shit forward and save someone some money as well as help motivate, I'm more than down to!

[Quote] PM me your e-mail. I've got A LOT of stuff I can help you with. I know I sure as hell wish I had someone help me out when I started up so I'm down to offer you everything I know and learned. I'm also in contact with a cheap, quality printer which I just switched over to. They hit me up after seeing my designs cuz they wanted them in their portfolio. They started a little under a year ago so their prices are really nice; they advanced so quickly within 6 months they got their own warehouse and have printed shirts for Wiz, Rockstar and Hot Topic.

[Quote] I read that before and for some reason it pisses me off. I agree with everything he's saying, and maybe it's just me, but I feel the article has such a condescending tone.
