[Supreme] - 2015 Discussion Thread

For those who bought one from the webstore, did yours come wrapped in a plastic bag with the tag/label sticker or did the tshirt just come inside the white Supreme shopping bag?

[Quote]It is quite see through and I would not wear the white by itself.  The only way is to layer underneath a hoodie or another tee.  You're spot on about the bedtime shirt, it's literally an undershirt, not meant to be worn as is.  Just my opinion.  Besides, I find the fit horrible.

[Quote]There are definitely tools out there to generate a substantial amount of requests to do load-testing on servers... Of course the good people at Supreme and their wonderful business execs never thought of that because they were busy pushing the 30% import fees secretly and scripting the follow up emails to demand that charge... OH wait, we forgot to add it to the total.  There wasn't ANY testing done.  The coops I hire at my company can do better than that lol

Suddenly Canadian customers pay a MSRP that is inline with the JP market after everything is included lol.  And to reiterate what many have said, the worse part of this was that it came as a surprise AND they never updated their FAQ.  At least send an email out stating this change and update your damn terms so prospective Canadian customers can decide ahead of time if they want to eat the extra 30%.  Don't do it when the site is basically frozen and when you finally get to check out with the items you want, you see this charge.  I'd even be okay if they said for the subsequent drops that Canadians will have to pay 30%.  I just won't buy anymore and anyone else who can afford it and would actually pay it, be my guest.  To have this come as a surprise and to send out those emails because you couldn't even roll out a simple feature and process change is just embarrassing Supreme.  I'm about to list all my Supreme items on eBay. And to the select few who's telling Canadian customers to just suck it up, let's see when someone adds a 67% markup to the MSRP if you will be upset about it.

Goodbye Supreme from a customer north of the border.  Not paying $75+ CAD for every order I make from now on.  Too greedy...

[Quote]Yes I can totally relate to that.  My grey box logo hoodie came with a ridiculous amount of loose threads inside and outside.  I cut out about 10 of them and some where fucken long. Also got the 3M backpack and there was a long loose thread where the main zippers were near the 3M, so it's very noticeable. Lastly my small box logo ribbed beanie came and the supreme patch was crooked and looked like someone's hand twitched just before stamping the patch on. SS14 was much better in terms of quality

[Quote]Thanks for the reply, glad to know that you guys are taking clientele feedback.  In regards to sizing, 28" for a Small is still a tad long.  Most other clothing brands that I know offer XS - S length for hoodies and jackets like the bomber style (which is supposed to fit right at the hips and not longer) at about 24"-26".  A longer than average bomber will make a person wearing a size Small look disproportionately short unless you happen to be a 130 lb 5'11" frame in which case would have no problem fitting any clothes.  Again, just my two cents, keep up the great styling.

Overall the entire brand and style looks really good!  I was about to buy the bomber special restock when I did a double check on the sizing and it seems like everything in the brand runs insanely long...  I think this might be the style you guys are going for, but it would be great if you could make "normal" length versions of your staple pieces like the bomber and hoodies.

[Quote]Watch out, they sell you stuff that is "brand new" but is actually worn.  I had to file a paypal dispute with these scammers.
