Old Navy does have some peacoats at a great price... But like the others said. You can't beat thrift stores to find a solid peacoat.

If you are going for actual usefulness, go with any boot with a heavy, thick tread to it. Try the DC Rover series.

I got a pair of moccassins, but they look more like slippers. Brown suede on the outside, but wool on the inside. My favorite shoes for the cold weather.

I have found everything from Abercrombie to Baby Phat at thrift stores... I love it. I will say that if you live in Cali, the best thrift stores are around LA. Goodwill, Salvation Army, you name it. You can find some GREAT stuff there.

If you are a big dolphins fan, go for it. I prefer green and yellow myself!

A clothing line is street wear when you can see yourself wearing it anywhere...aka on the street. You wouldn't wear couture to the grocery store, you wouldn't wear a suit (well most people) to the mall, you wouldn't wear lingerie or pajamas to school. Everyday wear = street wear

Pick one that you like the least and wash it, then dry it for 30 minutes or so. Keep drying it until you like the size or find out that it's safe to wash and dry them all that way. I don't think they will shrink up to baby doll size. What does the label say? 100% cotton, not pre-shrunk?

[Quote] Tapered means it's fitted at the leg. It is not straight leg, boot-cut, flared, etc. Just means that it gets smaller as the leg goes down.

[Quote] Tapered is where they are tighter as they go down the leg. Not flared, boot-cut, straight leg, etc. They are fitted.
