Hey there, I was wondering whether somebody could help me translate this from korean to english. [URL] It's from a postcard and I guess it's nonsense or a poem or something, I just noticed the same signs at the end of every sentence. Thanks a lot!

[Quote] I'm 180cm and my weight is about 80kg, low body fat, so I'm very small for a centre defender, but I'm solid and very fast on the first 10 metres or something, so I'd win pretty much every "second" ball. My technique is limited when it comes to getting past an opponent when I have the ball. I would just sprint towards him like a fat kid towards the ice truck and see what happens. I don't think you can compare me to a popular player, you can't become popular with my set of skills. My passing was very good, you could literally fire anything in my direction and I could work with it. Then again, I was asked to switch from centre to left or right defense, but that's the hardest position on the field and to be good there, you need to learn it over years. I was 18 when I tried that, and failed. We would sometimes take a talented guy from U15 (!!) in our U18 team because this position is soooo hard to play, there just was nobody who could play there.

With which team did you trash HSV U17? Never liked playing HSV or Bremen, the traveling was just a pain in the ass. Those tournaments were often very boring. Only a few good teams would attend them and the rest of the players were so motivated to beat you, they would play like butchers. As soon as their endurance was low, they would just lose controll over their bodies in some situations and get you off your feet in a very painful way. I'm not playing anymore. I don't even like to just get together with a few friends really (even though I do in the end). My style of playing doesn't work out in a game with friends, because my technique is seriously bad (I hate dribblings and stuff) and there's no point in constantly pissing off everybody by not giving them a chance to get near the goal or score whenever you feel like it. Plus, I'm a little bit.. eccentric. I can't shut the fuck up.

[Quote] Oh germans football isn't the roughest, it's by far the fastest. The roughest and slowest is played in Italy (sucks tbh). But it's multiple times rougher than in US/South America. My club was 1. FC K

[Quote] Not permanently (that wasn't the purpose anyways), but as kind of a summer exchange with my german club when I was 17. You'd change places with somebody from Liverpools youth team for some weeks, and he would play for you in Germany. Athletico when I was 16, Torino when I was 15. Quit when I was 18 because I had no technique.

Man I used to love Saturdays more than anything when I was a kid, getting up early, some cartoons, then playing football (soccer...), winning because I was usually the best player, getting kudos from my grandparents afterwards, critics and some fries from my father (seriously, score the most beautiful, game winning header and he's like "mhmhm boy, that header, you must really not try to go for the header there, controll the ball and shoot" .. well if I would have done that he'd be like "controlling the ball, come on, in that spot you need to finish quickly, so go for the header!") ... then a nice, homecooked meal that I was allowed to eat in front of the TV on saturdays, .. then visiting my grandparents house again, fetching some fresh cake and stuff, whatever my grandma was in the mood for that day.. home again, watching the Bundesliga games in the evening, and finally going to bed past 10pm smokeyface.

I LOVE Bundesliga. It's by far the most competitive league, but why I prefer Bundesliga over the rest is because the teams in the lower half of the ranking can always beat the top class clubs. Germanys 15 beats England/Spain/Italys 15 by far. You might say that Bundesliga lacks the super top class players, they all go to Barca, Real or Manchester, Chelsea and Arsenal, but I think its more fun to have exitement all over the season and not just when the top tier teams play against each other. This was a mad, mad matchday. Gladbach won 6:3 over Leverkusen (what the hell!), FCK defeated Munich (what!!), Hannover defeated Schalke (sick), .. one week ago, all the winning teams were the best candidates to go down to Liga 2 again, now they beat the biggest favourites to win the Championship.

Wouldn't say I'm audiophile, but there's only few things that I hate more than good music being ruined by bad equipment. In Ears: Ultimate Ears Super.fi 5 EB, they need a good amount of customization w/ equalizers but it's worth the trouble. Pretty much useless if your device has no equalizer. Plus, I own a 1978 NIKKO STA 8080 Receiver with a pair of Heco Cantata Superior 550. The receiver rocks, it heats up like crazy, there's no remote or anything and it's really annoying to buy adapters for Chinch cables and stuff, but the clear sound is awesome. The speakers are good, too. Got them from my father, he could get his hands on a pair of 1977 Bose 601 Series 1... jeez, I want those.

[Quote] Yes, but I'd say Betzenberg is the more commonly used name here. It was the former name of the stadium. @Moe remember '98 :D.

[Quote] Tap the Y button twice to keep him on the line, but as the keepers improved hugely on that in F11, you don't need to "learn" that anymore. Chipping was a shame and those who abused it will be surprised by how hard it is now. I don't know about the issues with keepers trying to clear long passes for no reason.. that would drive me mad in World Cup 2010, sometimes you had control over the keeper, sometimes not...

FCK is famous for their stadium's atmosphere, the Betzenberg is usually terrifying for the guest team.. then again, Bayern Munich is the team that soaks up all the hatred and gets even stronger in consequence, but not today. Two minutes were enough for FCK, and Munich were not able to score after that. Sippel made a fabulous save against a Kroos volley and if that shot would not score, then nothing would do the job for them.. after that save, they didn't even try anymore.
