"Working legs releases testosterone for upper body and carry a lot of muscle mass." by working out your legs...your upper body will try to stay proportional with your lower body....and when yu stress your legs by squats and leg presses..those are compound lifts where it works not just the legs...but the whole body gets stimulated......
