@specialforever ok? Lol. I've been visiting these forums since I was like a senior in HS. About to be a junior in college now. How would you ever know how long i've been lurking, or care for that matter..

I'll look into the volcom chino's as well. Never purchased anything from them. How's the fit?

Might just have to cop a couple pairs from uniqlo using sudenlee. It does look pretty simple. How are the quality on the H&M chino's? I've personally never shopped there and i've heard bad things about the quality. Might also hit up the local J. Crew and see if I can find some on sale or something.

Palladium's are not bad. I have a pair of the baggy leather in black. Copped for around $70 I believe last fall. They are pretty comfy and decently warm too. Check them out and try to find them for cheaper than retail. http://www.palladiumboots.com/shop/us-men/us-men-footwear/baggy-leather.html

Not in the NYC or SF area and not really trying to deal with a proxy. Anyone know when the online shop opens? Any other suggestions?

Tims, Red Wings, or Palladium's. I picked up a pair of Palladium's last fall and they worked better than expected in the Michigan winter. Edit: Here are the one's I copped, http://www.palladiumboots.com/shop/men/men-footwear/baggy-leather.html I got them in black and they are pretty warm. I didn't pay retail tho.

[Quote] Haha guess not. I have a handful of friends who go to State. I just can't take how spread out the campus is in EL. And i'm in a frat, not a bad decision. I never really rushed tho just became friends with the brothers because my cousin's ex is a brother and I ended up joining, wish I would have actually checked out other houses if I knew I was gonna join one.

I have a friend of a friend who goes to NYU and he said there is literally no college atmosphere, it's just the city. I couldn't do that, but hey if that's what you want go for it. I prefer a nice college town.

[Quote] Because public universities are funded by the state taxpayers and since you are out of state, you (and more importantly your parents) aren't paying the state taxes to fund the school so you have to pay more.

[Quote] No, not unless it's private in which it's gonna cost the same for everyone. It's cheaper to stay in state if you are going to a public uni.

Need some recommendations on where to cop some good quality, decent priced chino shorts? Lost some weight and need some new pairs. Preferably no more than $50 bucks a pop. Thanks in advance.

I've noticed over the past couple of years my style has progressed from mainly graphic tee's, cargo shorts, and jeans to a more classier style, more polo's, button-ups, basics, less loud shit basically. I try to combine both styles together to create something unique. And like slap said look into more classy streetwear.
