Anybody else think 10Deep is diluting their brand with camo/patterns? Just thought I should ask because people were talking about floral.

[Quote]I see. Yeah, I've been looking into getting the LLC, just seems more of a safer option rather than putting it all on the line with a sole proprietorship.

[Quote] according to a couple of teachers i've had in art school, the whole percentage of changes rule is BS. no matter how much you change or appropriate something to your brand or creative process, someone bigger, more well versed in copyright/creative law can make a case for it. usually it's okay under the circumstances of being a start up brand, but once you start getting noticed, people will start getting more and more on you about their creative rights. something to think about too with font use.

[Quote] i've had the same experience, but i found that selling tees at an art-show/gallery atmosphere with a much more casual vibe to it is a good place to make some sales and have some good conversations.
