[Quote] Thanks again. If I cold soak, not sure if I wanna be sitting in a tub in cold water for 30 minutes lol. We'll see what happens I guess.

[Quote] Thanks offdee. I think I'm going to just soak it for now. I really like the rigid feel of raws so I'm gonna try to keep as much starch as possible For soaking... Cold soak: less shrinkage? I've been losing weight so I do want them to shrink a bit. ATM they're sagging and baggy a bit too much. Ideas?

Try Zara and Reiss. Both have good style and quality. I own jackets from both and they've served me well in the coldest of winter days.

Zara trenches are great for the price. I recommend waiting until off seasons to buy them because they drop about 40-50% in price. Uniqlo jackets are decent. I don't like the material some of their trenches are made off, but I saw a sick chesterfield for $129. My experience with H&M stuff in general has been pretty disappointing. Their clothes fall apart rather quickly, but it's a good place to start since their prices are pretty low.

[Quote] patch and stitch. if you're not comfortable doing it yourself, bring it to your local tailor. shouldn't run you too much.

[Quote] go to your local APC store and try em on. i go to the one in Soho, NY and they let me try on whatever i want. pretty sweet. try sending your measurements in and get some suggestions from them. lol kids prolly just buy APCs cuz it's not nearly as expensive as any of the better brands. just buy whichever one you like more. you shouldn't have to try too hard to be different from those kids imho. rock what you like. APCs are a great place to start.
