team valor best team smokeyfaceAs it is, the game is awesome, but it has a lot more potential with chances of PvP battles in the future and already-confirmed pokemon trading. It's so dang addicting, and ya boi is getting in that extra calorie burning for the summer cutting.

Shouldn't you be carb-ing up prior to the workout to actually have the energy for performance?

I'm not saying the only way to go with a liberal arts degree is to pursue law school after, but there is virtually nothing you can do with it that would make a decent living. Most people I know with a liberal arts major end up doing something completely irrelevant to their degree. That's just how it is.

@Mr_Chukes Make sure you're wearing something that has overall stability for the soles of your feet when squatting. Take off the trainers w/ cushion at the heel and replace it with either some chucks or weightlifting shoes. Hell, going barefoot is better than having cushioned soles. It'll allow you to actually transfer your energy into the ground better.

If there's one thing I've learned in college, it's that pretty much everyone wants to make new friends. Not many are willing to take the initiative though. Now, I'm not saying everyone you're gonna meet will be able to vibe with you, but I think it's important to really brush up on your conversational skills. Even if y'all don't click, it'll be more practice for you. Eventually you'll be able to establish common ground quicker with others, and maybe they'll even introduce you to their friend(s). Very important that you also just step out of your comfort zone and find things to do outside of academics. You're prob heading into your first week of school, so find different things to do with new students you meet. It might be "awkward", but effort is what matters.  Good luck to you, rekuso.
