[Quote] Definitely go up a size to the 29. They should not be skin tight and you should be able to button all the way to the top; a littl snug is ok, that definitely sounds like a size too small.

Yes, the ST-200x is the slimmest black jean we make.

[Quote] You should go with the SL-100x as they're most similar to the APC NS. You'd probably end up in a size 34. If you' are close to one of our stores, stop in and try them on. Restocks ship out to all accounts this week.

We tried to put the price increase off for the past year and a half. Cotton prices are part of it, and the stronger yen against the dollar is another reason for it. Labor costs certainly aren't going down. We're still committed to offering an excellent jean for the cost, and we think that at $215 it's still competitively priced.

[Quote] You're receiving the denim from our most recent run, which is the Kuroki 14.5oz. This is our flagship denim going forward and it's custom developed by us in conjunction with Kuroki in Okayama and is exclusive to us, which means no other denim brand can have access to it. It's got good heft to it and ages beautifully, and one unique quality is the open ended weft yarn which gives the inside a very soft (almost brushed) feel to it even though it's a raw pair of jeans. We hope you enjoy them!

In all honesty, wear pattern has just as much to do with lifestyle as it does with washing (or length of time before washing, rather). My ST-100x's have been washed 6 times over the course of a year and still show great wear and contrast. Dayro's look great and will continue to age very nicely, I think. I've got a bunch of jean evolution photos that we've taken recently. I'll post them up in here soon.

[Quote] We still have stock in size 28 in our online store: [URL] All measurements of the jean are posted on the page; in general, all our jeans are vanity sized 1" or so. I would say that in general people will buy 1 size up from their APC NC or PS.
