Jogging.

Well jogging is best exercise.I do jogging sometimes in the morning.It gives me energy and makes me active.I have reduced so much weight with it.I suggest everyone to do jogging daily.

I think for weight gaining you should eat more protein because protein is helpful in gaining weight.Try to drink protein shake and eat more vegetables.

Work Out Routine

My workout routine is simple.I do 30 minutes walk in the morning daily and after it do 30 minutes running.these two exercises provide me energy and make me healthy and fit.I spent only 1 hour for my exercise.
