QUANT e-Sportlimousine Concept

Swiss company nanoFLOWCELL recently debuted its unique QUANT e-Sportlimousine concept. While it’s hard to deny the concept’s good looks, the real talking point is the car’s innovative powertrain, which uses a salt water-powered nanoFLOWcell system to drive energy through the car’s four electric motors, one for each wheel. In addition to giving the car a range of up to 600 kilometers, the system also gives the car 912 horsepower, meaning it will hit 0-62 mph in just 2.8 seconds before topping out a blistering 235+ mph. For now, the QUANT e-Sportlimousine remains a concept but the powertrain recently received approval for use on public roads in Europe so hopefully we’ll see a derivative of this become a commercial reality in the not-too-distant future. Find out more on the car here.
