I have some Vans Zapato Del Barco's the off white pair and they're dirty is there anyway to clean them up nicely?

also, i got mad rips and tears in two pairs of old ass authentics.. anyone tried shoe goo or some other bullshit shoe fix compound to successfully mend their vans without making them look like complete anus?
