Nordstrom Rack & they always got tons of Vans, you can sometimes find Vault, Syndicates, or even W)Taps.

shoebuy.com is good too, they always seem to have 20% off & they always have free shipping so you can cop Vans for $33 shipped. Just got regular stuff though.
