Its like 24.95 per hat from New Era with minimums of 200 of each design. Called them, tried. To much for me.

^^ if you want a new era. haha

There are tons of places that do hats. most embroidery or promotional apparel places can do hats with a logo.

theres a place near here called head2toe that does hats from scratch, its overseas, but you can get full prints, 3d embroidery, etc.

^^^how do those caps fit compared to 59/50's? cause imo its no point to get a fitted if its not a new era because hardly any other hat company comes close to making the same quality and fit as the new era's...

There is a guy on eBay selling old style New Era caps for 9.99 with free shipping. He doesn't have a lot of the basic colors though like white, black etc but still its a start.
But from him then take them to a local embroidery and finish them up.
email address: goldminesf@gmail.com
seller name on eBay: goldminesf_com

hope that helps. I wouldn't mind doing a couple myself

please don't buy blank new era's off ebay and have some company embroider it.. if you are going to use a new era hat, then get an account, which is very hard, and do it the right way without cutting corners... otherwise go through someone like Flat Fitty or Elm who offer a domestic and export option
