A heat gun my starter kit came with. It reaches like 600 degrees or something.

It's not the best because I have to cure each "spot" the red circle is able to cover for 45 seconds each, so sometimes it may take as long as 5 minutes to cure a whole design. Whereas with one of those flash dryers, it takes like 30 seconds for the entire design since it covers the whole t-shirt.

Ah well.

EMULSION - Diazo-Photopolymer Dual Cure Direct Emulsion

LIGHT SOURCE - RLX Stand

They were included in the starter kit I bought, actually you have to pay extra to add the rlx exposure stand, which I did because I had no other mean of a light source. I use my closet/room to do all the screen coating and all the preparations. I also have a lightsafe bulb on the ceiling of my closet.

Thanks everybody for the comments!

I don't like this one. The castle and clouds look too cliparty to me. And I don't like the border around the banner.

Wouldn't it be cooler if the clouds were under the castle? Since it's 'in the sky'.

You caught me, Dum. Yeah, that's exactly what it is actually...clipart. The cloud is from Photoshop and the castle is from two Webdings buildings I put together. At least you didn't say the comment I get from everyone else..."If it's Castles in the Sky, shouldn't there be more than just 1 castle" LOL

And no, these won't be sold for the general public, just for myself and maybe a few homies to promote for me.

Thanks all.

did you tape together the three sheets with your logo or did you just lay them on there when u made the screen? cause i was wandering how to do designs larger than 8.5 x 11.

edit. also, if u made the text the same size it would balance out better. good job tho

I taped the 4 transparency papers down onto the screen during exposure, but i didn't actually tape the 4 together. ya know? and then i placed the glass over it and etc etc.
