Hypebeast,

Ever since I started thinking about starting a brand, I have made sure to check this forum basically every day in order to stay updated and aware of what everyone else has been doing with their own labels. I have seen a lot of amazing posts and a lot of questionable posts. Now, I'm not sure where you guys will put my brand on this scale but I wanted to make sure everything was as prepared as possible before asking for feedback.

The brand is called AIRTIME: BROADCAST FOR THE PUBLIC GOOD (www.theairtimecollection.com) and the message behind it is as follows:

Airtime is an idea that does not claim to be anything but what it truly is. It is not about the flash, not about the props, not about who

AIRTIME Design, you guys are definitely avoiding the redundant bull shit most new brands have to offer. Look forward to seeing more from you guys. We should link up.

Again, thank you for the positive feedback.

RS- I wish it was cut n sew! We print all of our stuff on American Apparel so there are some positives (quality) and negatives (runs small).

CY6-I am actually bringing the Duck and Cover Tees over to Vince in the next few days. I really haven't sought out any other retailers though. That will hopefully be the next steps...thanks for the comments tho it means a lot.

So I have a little dilemma. There are blank yellow shirts laying around and have a few potential designs. It is a small quantity so it would not be an addition to the spring/summer collection, just a limited edition tee but I feel like it may be a forced production.

Which one should I go with? Or should I go back to the drawing board and let them sit around?

That's actually what I was thinking but I didn't want the shirts to go to waste. I feel it would be forced and thats not what our brand is about. I wanted to run it by you guys before making the decision to scrap it or go. Thanks for the honesty.

why not just do a limited shirt of one of your other designs, or a logo shirt in yellow?

I figured that correlation would come up here but like you said we are running on two different wavelenghts. I love everything they have done but I guess you can say our interpretations of the same influence just came out different. Really appreciate the comment tho.
