Hmm, yes I would agree with Local35 being kinda metro...but they have Frank magazine and art events from time to time (plus a film only camera club), so they aren't all bad.

As for Exit, they were a Salem/Portland store (plus one in Government Camp I think)...the fact they have another shop in Bridgeport just means they are doing well. Good for them.

Harputs 'kept it real' and they went out of business in Portland...guess you gotta cut your losses and get some of that rich kid money sometimes?

old town/china town drug crackdowns. now all the sketch dealers are gone, but replaced with hela po, good or bad? when i went to too short and yukmouth's i love the bay concert, there were like 4 squad cars and a fucking firetruck. is that really necessary?

They had a few mishka tees last time I was there...

Although I rarely even bother with them anymore since I usually try to wear XXL (and they have very little). If you are looking for XXXL like in your sig good luck.

I know the owner of Exit, and well, she made her store successful and legit around a core group of people. Exit is one of the top 5 most legit snowboard retailers in the world. I am willing to defend that statement. Anyone who grew up around that shop knows that they're way cool people and deserving of some bullshit SB account. Lake Oswego and Tigard still fucking suck though.

I think its lame as fuck to have a store at Bridgeport, but just to clarify, when I asked Missy why Exit moved from Glisan to NW 23rd, she told me that it had always been her goal since the early days of the store in the mid 90s. She isn't some born yesterday hipster fuck.
