Whatitdo Houstonians?

I graduate in a few weeks and wanted to know what restaurants you guys suggest. Something upscale. LMK. Thanks!

Max's Wine Dive on Washington has some awesome food and a great wine list if you're into that, excellent service too. Great deals during happy hour. One of my favorite places to eat.
If you like French food I suggest Cafe Rabalais in Rice Village. It's just a few doors down from Premium Goods. Nice intimate but casual atmosphere, and also an extensive wine list. The menu changes daily but the food is always bang'n. Get there early though cause they don't take reservations and they get pretty slammed after 7 pm.
If you just want a good ol' slab of meat but don't wanna settle for the mundane Saltgrass or Outback there's always Vic and Anthony's on Texas or Flemings on W. Alabama.

I think there are some places down on montrose do some screening Tshirts beside Taxi Taxi. Taxi Taxi is okay with screen printing but it isn't all that great.

on another note, it was so cold yesterday. i got up at 10 and went out to eat, the thermometer in the dashboard of the car said it was 21 outside. i've never seen it so cold in houston.

Sucker Punch has apparently closed down, and so has that store Eden that was next to it. Duo, the store next to AA is expanding into both stores and the owner told me that Sucker Punch might be moving into some new mall that's being built on Airline(

. Such a shame though, as Eden had some one of a kind merch considering it was a Houston shop. Where can I find the Atrocitees brand now?
