everyone's got their own opinion based on their own experiences, but i'd just say that you shouldn't go and label concepts as "trying too hard" if you really haven't taken the time to get to know the dudes who work there. They're all very cool and helpful guys, who know what they're doing. Again, everyone's got an opinion, just don't pass judgement too quickly...

Seriously? go back maybe 3 pages max and you'll see me asking Chedda whats in stock and probably even saying some criticism. Out of anyone, I have been the most critical of all the shops in the city, and I mean all of them, I'm like a bitch on her period when it comes to shops and customer service.

I call em out but i give reasons, I dont just say "wow fuck Karmaloop, for no apparent reason"

Sure ive gotten some flack for it, and I'm sure some stores dont like me, But so far it seems both Karmaloop and especially Concepts has taken the criticism greatly and has shown(atleast on these boards) any hate.

How so? and thats a legit question, in my mind the whole streetwear scene falls under that category, which is why i've mixed my clothing up, because i realized i was looking like "hey look at me i have sneakers you cant find, im super cool"

But in all honesty every shop can and does fall under that category. Unless you have some specifics.

I experienced bad service with one Karmaloop individual, and i stated it, and that was that. Its a forum dude, you are suppose to help each other get the best deals, know the best shops etc.

tell us what happened, tell us who it was, i promise you they will not break down your door and kidnap your sister.

I'd agree with what you say, but lets face it, we are human and first impressions are everything. The issue i have with how he went about it, is the fact he didnt state what happened and such. Giving concepts a chance to say something or do something.

If he legit did have bad service and then stated it and lets say Concepts acted dickish about it...then you can say fuck that store. Well, usually i say fuck that store first, but i still tell me story.

Thongstealer, I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience at the shop. I can assure you that is not the type of impression we want to leave on our customers. I am going to shoot you a PM and hopefully we can discuss this a little further.

Personally I can say I have received a lot of valuable feedback from people on here. Thats why I check it and respond when I can.
