I see stuff about this chick everyday right and I'm not trying to be a jerk or anything, but what makes or made her case (and Amber Dubois) any different than every other girl/woman raped and or killed in San Diego?? Now theyre even talking about creating somekind of "CHELSEA LAW" changes to registered sex offender laws?!?
These things happen all the time. I see pictures of girls missing, kidnapped, etc etc, at places like a 7-11, street posts.. How come they arent all over the news?!?
..IDK, just always wondered and kinda irks me that the local news just doesnt do a missing person report often?!

i agree with you when you say that the news doesn't do a missing report person often and that it happens a lot without much notice. the guy that's in jail and is being accused for this beat the shit and attempted to rape a 13 yr old girl back in 2000 i think, when he was about 20. he was only sentenced to 6 years and got out a year early. back in dec a girl that goes to uni out of state came back and went for a run and claims some guy attacked and tried to rape her in the same place chelsea was found. i guess the police kinda dropped off the case when she had to go back to school and after chelsea was found and they had the guy arrested they went back to the out of state girl, showed her a picture of the dude, and low and behold it was the same guy who attacked her to. so i dunno, i just feel like her death could have been avoided. changing the laws for sex offenders and making them more intense can't be a bad idea but it really doesn't have to be called 'chelsea's law'
