Im down in Wilmington....and yea...Charlotte is about as close to any shoeheads as you will get probably...There are a lot of skaters in Raleigh who rock sb's...but most of the stuff is just ghetto dirty south style dudes rocking fakes and fake hypebeast hoodies....the best shops are of course Vertical Urge in Raleigh/Cary and then there is Niche (boutique in Charlotte, really cool shop/owners) and next door is Black sheep(skate shop that carries sb's)

Yeah, Vertical Urge (Raleigh and Cary), Niche (Charlotte), and BlackSheep (Charlotte). You forgot about Endless Grind (Raleigh) though. Niche has a really layed-back and cool atmosphere. The guys that work there and the customers that come in are all really cool.

i went to southeast raleigh about 3 years back.

Like some mentioned we are starting to finally get some exposure and decent shops.

Yea there is actually a good number of us here they had a sneaker show at State Last month. It was ok not too much heat but decent.
