HEy seattle peoples, i need some help, I live jus above u in victoria, but I heard/know 35 street, or whatever the name is....that skate shop just north of GOODS has W Tap chukkas for 65 bucks, if somebody can get me some in sz 10 or 10.5, ill pay an extra 20 bucks for the trouble, thanks a lot, pm me if somebody can help


Last time I called they were out in those sizes, I'll try again tomorrow.

I find it interesting that Goods picked up 10 deep. I thought they have always stayed away from that. Is it carried in the skate or boutique side? In the skate side I can see it but the boutique side always seemed a bit too 'sophisticated' for that type of trash.

After Goods saw how well 10 deep sold at Winner's circle they decided to start an account. 10 deep is definitely not exclusive to goods in the seattle area. They even sell it at Zebra Club from time to time.

I hate to say it but it sounds as if they are loosing their integrity for the $$$....I guess that's business though....If it was in the skate side I could maybe understand. It would shame me to see them pick up an ass brand like The Hundreds and put it in their boutique side. Still Goods is one of my favorite stores in North America.

I completely agree. GOODs should focus on getting harder to aquire Japanese brands like Headporter, Neighborhood, the Visvim Japan line, etc.

I'm not quite sure if the market in seattle is quite ready for it yet though. I do think that Goods does have a great mix, probably one of the best in the states from Street to Directional it is a very complete store. Kinda reminds me of a younger Nom de Guerre in their early days when they sold sneakers and streetwear but with a highend twist.

But when it comes down to it, from their perspective I'm sure its a million times easier selling a 10 deep hoody then selling a 300 dollar Visvim hoody. Especially since Visvim and obscure Japanese brands are relatively too forward then what a price senstive market is use to seeing. Butr Goods already deals with a niche market, and by bringing in those type of brands they are creating a niche within a niche. Not sure if that makes any sense!!

Seattle and Japan have had a very strong relationship over the years. I say keep Japanese brands in Japan, or at least Asia. That way, American culture, and rappers, can't ruin it for us

Anyone know any shops downtown that carry much in XXL? I will be stuck in Swedish Hospital all next week but the doc says I will have a few hours on between tests on Monday so I should be able to hit a couple shops. Time is limited though, so I need to focus on places where I can actually find stuff that fits smile

Actually GOODS carried 10 Deep a couple seasons before the chain gang hoodies dropped and said it wasn't selling so they stopped. I asked them last spring about it when the chain gang hoodies first dropped and they told me they didn't carry it any more because it didn't sell.

GOODS is alright they do have some harder to find brands
but whats fucked up is that if goods picks up a brand like 10 deep
winners circle has to drop them because 10 deep wont let them sell their shit anymore because goods has such a stranglehold on streetwear in the downtown area. but im glad goods has started carryin undftd. but IRAK is the shit thats why i go to winners circle
