Those boutiques I've been too all over Valley blvd usually just sell women's stuff.
Overpriced as fk too for random no-name Japanese or Korean brands.
Maybe I need to explore more.

There are a couple of clothing stores like Fashion for Less or Sally's Clothes that sell pretty cheap clothes, mainly the overstock or out of season clothes from major brands. I picked up 5 brand new BDG (Urbanoutfitters house brand) blank tshirts for $1 each.
