Im going to be there for college for the next school year. since Purist moved to san francisco ( where i currently am) what else is there to do in SJ? suggestion please!

Circle-A The Shop across the street from sjsu
Premier Boutique all the way in Palo Alto, assuming you are bringing your car

other than that just buy it online homie!

As for the other stuff I don't really dig around too much for food and fun hole in the wall places so maybe other people can fill you in. Have fun dude!

What up man. Welcome to San Jose.

Definitely a lot of shops:
Circle A
Cukui, Headliners, Aristocrats (all in Japan Town)
plenty of other good skateshops.

For food:
if you like mexican: iguanas, and la vics. i swear by these places, best mexican food for a good price.
and just a ton of other good eats around the city.

definitely go to some Sharks games. really fun

Been in SJ for the past 5 years and I still have no idea what to do around here..
Some things I can think of are: hiking (Alum Rock, Castle Rock, Mission Peak in Fremont), eating (La Vics, Iguanas, Vietnamese food in ESSJ), clubs/bars in DTSJ if that's your scene, and probably a little more.. My mind is blank on this topic.

I'll be watching this thread for more ideas.

truetruee. Just wasnt sure if you ride. I know theres a velodrome in san joe. just not sure where. im not from there and i'll be moving to SF in a few weeks so im trying to see whats good out there (alot!!).
You can always do the monthly or weekly rides with the san jose fixed crew. im not sure on details but i know they have them. The only other things i can think of in sj are the cannabis club and sky high! Nothing like some indoor trampolinessmile

If you're in the mood for a GOOD beer and food stop by Original Gravity on First & Post. They just opened up last weekend. By far the best place in downtown for a drink.
