Not much of an answer to your question outside of the Belmont boutiques, Secrets specifically.

Anybody know any high end head shops in Chicago besides secrets and shit.

Smoke Dreams off the Wilson red line is one of my favorites. They don't have a wide selection of brands like novelties or secrets but they have a strong collection of Roor, Illadelph, and Medicali. Their medicali bubblers are absolutely ridiculous. One of the dudes that works there is funny AF too.
