What is the purpose of this, nostalgia and what not? Shops come and go, unless they were smart and offered something new and special they close down. Also, the streetwear scene for many is a fad/hobby. Therefore the market is always fluctuating and customer base is always rising and lowering. This causes business owners to have to close or grow. More often than not, close is the case.
Here in Boston a few shops have closed or changed within the last few years. It's business.
