that sucks. public transportation in SD is horrendous and SDSU isnt exactly close to grossmont either.

bus from sdsu to grossmont takes a while if im not mistaken and usually on buses out here you get your bums and creepy old people taht sit next to you

if there is a trolley line not too far i would suggest using that and getting a cheap bike. buses here are pretty unreliable

nice area especially if you're 21+. but like the previous its pretty far from state. thats literally going from one side of SD to the other.

I hate to say it, but the area around SDSU is pretty sketchy. There's always shit going down in the frat row area bc a lot of non college students crash the parties over there. Plus SDSU is easily accessible with the trolley right there.

na, not too bad. UCSD is prob 10-15 min north of PB.

okay... does anyone know about the El Cajon/College Area? (kinda south of SDSU) is it really THAT BAD? or are my friends over exaggerating......?

El Cajon is the meth capitol of SD county. Its not so bad but its not anywhere id wanna live. And the College area is hella sketch. a lot of fuckin Ethiopians and Somalians live around that bitch

Yeah I wouldn't want to live in El Cajon or college area either it's pretty ghetto. Maybe try looking around Mira Mesa? I have friends who live there and commute to SDSU and UCSD, it's not half bad.

ah fuck my life. well, we're living right next to the sdsu campus (like literally, right next to it).. i'm just working at the gamestop on El Cajon... which is why i was asking cuz i'm probably going to have closing shifts.
