Jellybean!

Jul 26, 2012 @ 03:32
Anyone else have the pleasure of using this wonderful version of AOS? It's so incredibly smooth, it's like having a new phone. I just put it on a friend's SGSII, and they're just as pleased as I was, even more since they came from a TouchWiz Gingerbread ROM, and they even get video recording.

I have epinter's CM10 port. I've tried Jokersax's port too, essentially the same as he used epinter's as a base.

The SGSII version is the XTreme ROM.

I just got an HTC One X that came with ICS and am loving it compared to my old iPhone. As far as I know there is no official Jellybean update yet for it but, I am looking forward to one.

The All-in-one Toolkit is what you want first I believe. I don't know anything about the Sensation, it looks like you'll need to unlock the bootloader, but it's all really easy if you follow the instructions from XDA word-for-word.

You can always make a backup before flashing custom ROMs, that way you can restore old settings in the event that you need to reflash it to stock firmware/etc. if you bork an install.

CM10 is out there for you. It's only an alpha, but if you're willing to play around with your phone, it's worth a shot.

4th one down to second last one are related. In those forums, which one depends on which GNex you have, lies the information on rooting, flashing, etc..

Most, if not all Motorola phones from 2011 will be receiving upgrades to JB by the end of the year. Googorola has a arrive. Any phones not eligible for the upgrade can be traded in for $100 credit toward any new Moto phone.
