Not trying to spam the forum with a link to my own site but this Alfred Dunhill carbon fiber wallet is INSANE , its got a finger print scanner so you only you can open it up has a money clip on the inside. Its pricey but for a carbon fiber / leather wallet that my girlfriend cant get into i love it .

Yeah, I rarely carry cash. $20-40 max. I always have debit, and I've been loading up my MasterCard every pay and using that. Not overly concerned if I lose that cash, and it's OD easy to get another debit card or MC. I found my Atrix's fingerprint reader to be rather finicky until it had 'learned' my fingerprint better, and I'm sure the phone's processing capabilities are far beyond this wallet. This is like 5 years late in the game, just give me an NFC chip in my wrist already.
