To be fair right now its activity is the second lowest at 12 hours(1st is Australia in the regional)
and it has the third lowest post count at 779 (1st is UK 2nd is AUS in the regional and these are new sections to the forum).
So If he had wanted a quick response he should have come here.

you're right but hey theres sections for a reason and a lot of times you just get trolled in the Off Topic section. They should have not made a Tech section and left all of those threads under Entertainment/Gaming whichever one it was under.

But back to the original question have you tried going into iPhoto and syncing them from there? I'm assuming you have a Mac since you didn't specify.

In this case, you iPhone photos may sync to iTunes and you can not find the photos in iPhone, if you want them back, you may recover from iTunes backup. Or try some apps

One way is to just plug it into your computer via the USB adapter that comes with it (it's the same plug that goes into your dock and AC plug). If you're using a Mac then iPhoto may pop up and invite you to import all your photos. If you're on a PC then I assume it will show up as a device, and you can open it as a drive and copy the files over OR do it from inside the photo management application you prefer. After all these steps finished, you can surely transfer photos from iPhone to computer

Or you can use iPhone Transfer if you don't want to install Lives.
If you are using Mac, you can manually connect them via USB.

Just follow these steps to have a try:

1. Connect your iOS device to the computer. If the AutoPlay window appears, click "Import Pictures and Videos using Windows", then skip to step 4. If the "Import Pictures and Video" dialog appears, skip to step 4. If the AutoPlay dialog box does not automatically open, you may need to enable the behavior.
2. Choose Start > Computer.
3. Right-click the logo for your device and click Import pictures and videos.
4. Click the Import Settings link.
5. In the resulting window, you can change the folder to which your Camera Roll's photos will be imported by clicking the Browse button next to the "Import to" field. By default, these will be imported to the My Pictures folder.
6. Enable the option, "Always erase from device after copying".
7. After setting your import options, click OK to dismiss the window.
8. Choose a tag if desired and click Import. This screen appears only while the import process is active.
9. Once the import is complete, Windows Photo Gallery will launch with your photos and videos highlighted under the "Recently Imported" section.
