Have you tried http://www.kekacase.com/design-your-own/custom-case-for-the-ipad-1.html this is a site where you can personalize your own ipad case with your favorite photos or art. Printing of it is from inside and outside of the case with durable leatherette. I have bought one and very satisfied.
