LOL, they score on a per round basis. You win rounds, not how many punches you land.

Marquez has the cleaner shots however Manny kept stealing rounds at the last 30 seconds of each round. Had Marquez finished those rounds he would have probably won them. DeLa Hoya was the kind of stealing rounds and lots of fighters do it. Judges fall for it every time no matter what happened in the round.

Anyone claiming Pacquiao won should be ashamed of themselves..

Pacquiao landed nearly 40 more punches, when it goes all 12 rounds and the judges make their decision, that's what counts. There were no knock downs or point deductions, it was a straight up fight. Beristain shouldn't have been telling Marquez that he was winning the whole time and maybe you Marquez fans would've had a win.

Judges make their decision based on who won the round, not by how many punches are landed. One big shot could win the round for a fighter. Fighters steal rounds at the end all the time. To say that 40 more punches landed was the difference in the fight is insane. It was blatantly obvious that Manny was stealing rounds.

You're just a disgruntled Marquez fan who is unwilling to admit that Marquez didn't do enough to win and that his corner made a poor decision in telling him he was winning the whole time. Whether you want to admit it or not, those 40 punches absolutely mattered because Marquez wasn't doing anything. I don't know how much clearer I can make that point. Marquez wasn't winning rounds outright and he wasn't stealing them either. How was he robbed?

You are not even worth talking to. Where did I say Marquez was robbed you fuckin ninny? I simply stated that just because you land more punches does not mean you are going to win the fight. If that was the case boxers would just hit the guy and score all the time instead of inflicting any sort of punishment. Get out before you say something else.
