rashard is too inconsistant. i'd say jason kapono but he's been absolute crap lately. mike miller's been shooting the lights out for years, he's the definition of pure shooter, and best 3pt shooter in the nba

Are you talking about pure shooters or overall players? Quickest release? Ray Allen is a no-brainer. Michael Redd, Jason Kapono (reigning three-point champ, two years in a row), even Stojakovic should've been mentioned before Rashard Lewis...

Seeing that I'm from Toronto, my choice of best 3pt shooter is quite obvious razz

I'd have to say Ray Allen, that's what he's known for. Plus he has an insanely quick release. Jason Kapono has a better percentage, but who do you think the defence considers a bigger threat to sink the three if they're both on?
