anybody have recommendations on protein supplements? looking to bulk up my tiny asian frame this summer.
im looking for something that i take no more than twice a day. and something not too expensive.
ON whey. It's the best whey out there. Each scoop has 23 g's protein, I believe + aminos. Your diet is everything though.
What are some good sites for body building tips? Besides bodybuilder.com

any suggestions on methods to lose weight? im going to the gym everyday and working out and doing a bit of cardio, i hate treadmills so i think im going to start running outside, since my sleeping pattern is fucked up my "breakfast" is like 2-4 in the afternoon and then i go to the gym at like 6-7 then finish for dinner at 9-10
i just feel like quitting sometimes because i miss going back to the days of eating whatever i wanted lol, i know every weekend it's supposed to be a cheat weeked but still shits tough, but i know i wont quit.
i need to just change my sleeping schedule and have a normal day like everyone else cuz goingto bed at 5 a.m and waking up at 2 isnt whats hot
and whats the verdict on cheat days/weekends, is it okay to eat whatever you want on the weekend
You dont need to change your sleep schedule, pretend you're half way around the world somewhere else and thats the time zome. lol
