ON whey. It's the best whey out there. Each scoop has 23 g's protein, I believe + aminos. Your diet is everything though.

Maann cell tech was hyped back in HS days.ived used it for a bit back then after a while it just got over priced.yall still remember Nlarge? The orange cream flavor was my shit..that used to be my off season bulking shake.now I just fux with Optimum Nutrition,oatmeal,adams multi v.

i bench pressed for the first time today in like 2 years and after a shoulder surgery. my shoulder clicks but it doesn't hurt too much hurray

t-nation is pretty good they have good articles, and bodybuilding.com has pretty much everything

I need some help guys haha.

During my freshmen year I was 5'9" 160lbs of fat.
Then I started working out and playing tennis like 3-5hrs daily.

Went from 160 to 143lbs and my bench went up 120lbs.

Then, I just completely stopped giving a fck during the summer and my whole sophomore year.

I went from 143lbs to 170lbs and I haven't touched any weights for over a year now.


Now I'm trying to get started again.
I'm playing tennis for 2-3 hrs daily. I'm going to start weight training again.


Is it a smart idea to use a protein supplement?
I'm trying to burn fat, lose 10-15lbs, and gain a lot of muscle.
Can anyone recommend me some supplements to use to help? protein, multivitamin, etc.
Nothing crazy since I'm 16 and I do believe the myths that some protein supp aren't good for teens.

1. you cant gain muscle and burn fat
2. is chickien bad for you? protein is protein, there is no myth.
3.multi, protein, creatine and youre good.

2. Not entirely true, there are essential amino acids that need to come together to form a complete protein that is usable. Don't realy count protein derived from non-animal sources (there are exceptions to amino-acid complete proteins that aren't from animals like quinoa) but aside from having the right essential ones you need the correct proportions to be usable.

any suggestions on methods to lose weight? im going to the gym everyday and working out and doing a bit of cardio, i hate treadmills so i think im going to start running outside, since my sleeping pattern is fucked up my "breakfast" is like 2-4 in the afternoon and then i go to the gym at like 6-7 then finish for dinner at 9-10

i just feel like quitting sometimes because i miss going back to the days of eating whatever i wanted lol, i know every weekend it's supposed to be a cheat weeked but still shits tough, but i know i wont quit.

i need to just change my sleeping schedule and have a normal day like everyone else cuz goingto bed at 5 a.m and waking up at 2 isnt whats hot


and whats the verdict on cheat days/weekends, is it okay to eat whatever you want on the weekend

i don't think saying losing fat while gaining muscle is impossible. if you're just starting to lift you'll see some results in the beginning

i tried everything it's impossible lol, ive decided im going to do my diet when i have my sleep schedule back to normal. because going to bed at 6-7 and waking up at 4 isnt good.

Although not ideal, I think you can work around a shitty sleep schedule assuming you get a good 7 or 8 hours.

Don't cheat... what's the point if you're un-doing a weeks worth of hardwork every 5 days when your final goal is to lose weight?

Sort out your attitude and approach and then the changes will come.

i cant sleep 7-8 hours anymore because my current living conditions suck, the most sleep ive had the bad couple days is like 5 hours and thats waking up every now and then and going back to sleep.]

and i read that if you dont cheat every now and then youll get burned out of your diet, and i dont like the food already as it is (maybe im eating the wrong stuff?)

Whoever said that you need a cheat day is just looking for a reason for stuffing their faces with terrible nutrition cause they can't hack it. Just get real about your goals, don't lie to yourself and be true cause it seems like you're looking for a lot of outs right now.

I was wondering whats a healthy weight for someone whose 5'11-6'0

my goal is to lose some pounds to get down to like 170 and im about 5'11 almost 6

i weight about 210 (is that unhealthy?) but i look like i weigh less, so im thinking if i lose to 170 ima look alot skinnier than i weigh. i think i might have a small frame, i was jw whats a good weight i should drop to

no matter what: stick with it. Some exercise is better than no exercise. It's hard sometimes but if you keep trying you're going to see and feel results. u gonna feel good mang.
