I have been lifting for 6 months gained 22 lbs but now its only 15, cuz I got sick and it fucked everything up ahhhh. Whats everyone take? I take NO Xplode before the gym(my fav supplement keeps me so much more motivated when working out) ON Whey, BSN Cellmas, & ON Serious Mass for weight gainer.
I heard the body will become immune to NO X after about a week. How long have you been on it?
