1. Whats the best flavor of Optimum 100% Whey in your opinions? Vanilla Ice cream is my favorite but I wanna try a different flavor because im slowly getting tired of it.

I have been lifting for 6 months gained 22 lbs but now its only 15, cuz I got sick and it fucked everything up ahhhh. Whats everyone take? I take NO Xplode before the gym(my fav supplement keeps me so much more motivated when working out) ON Whey, BSN Cellmas, & ON Serious Mass for weight gainer.


I heard the body will become immune to NO X after about a week. How long have you been on it?

How's your diet looking?

I did Hot-Rox Extreme on an Anabolic Diet and shit is pretty good... but some drawbacks lol.

my diets pretty good..im at around atl east 1900 calories per day usually around 2100. followed it this week and im down 3 pounds so far

fat burning supplements are bull...control your diet perfectly and dedicate yourself more to excercising...theres no magic pill to shed off pounds

as far as NO supps the "intensity" of the rush differs from person to person...one person might not feel anything at all while another might be beasting the rack...as do the sideffects...the worst ive heard in terms of sideffects is xplode

getting big(no homo) is probably one of the easier things to do. Try out some protein. I'm currently taking cytogainer.

Yeah man. Just eat. Eat fuck loads. On my bulk I was chucking back about 5000 cals a day. Eat alot, and train like a animal.

One of the best tips I learnt was not to count protien from nuts. Do it.

All I know is that strawberry tastles like shit. Heard good things about ON Cookies and Cream.

Same goes for any of these NO-boosters.

A while back, I was taking caffeine, creatine, arginine, etc all separately. The other day, against my better judgement, I bought some MRI Black Powder and low and behold, the stuff does literally nothing to me because my body is already used to the ingredients. I have to take like 3x the suggested serving to feel anything, and there's only 40 servings to begin with. This is why NO-boosters are a big waste of money.

Sounds good if you want to turn into a sick mess haha.

Personally, I've found T-Nation to have the best database of articles on pretty much everything with strong scientific analysis behind it (http://www.t-nation.com/).

before bed I take syntha-6 with skim milk but I want to start taking a ZMA supplement before bed which is supposed to be taken on an empty stomach. I heard calcium isnt supposed to be taken with Zinc because it messes up the absorption of it in the body.

Would it be ok to drink my syntha-6 2-3 hours before I take ZMA? or will that still mess up the Zinc absorption??

I would take the ZMA 30 mins before bed and then the very last meal be your syntha-6 or whatever (I don't even know what it really is).

I really have to maintain a steady amount of water intake to prevent dehydration while taking HR. One time at the gym I had forgotten to hydrate properly throughout the day and I completely crashed at the gym, I didn't even remember the drive home. It sucked big time.

^take a weight gainer. Im using cytosport cytogainer it helps me gain weight and also since u play football and probably lift weights and run a lot you wont gain too much fat.


I just bought cytogainer and it says to take 4 scoops. Would it be better to just take 2 scoops and mix it with 1 scoop whey so it could last me longer?

didnt feel like making a new thread, and this thread is popular.

i wanna get fit this summer but i dont think i can access a gym. all i have at home is an elliptical, two 10 lb weights and a pull up bar lol.

can anyone help me devise some home workouts to get lean and decently strong all over with a lot a stamina (i have mild asthma...i think i should do some cardio) because after a year of college im in terrible shape. tell me what i can do without buying anything, otherwise i can get some stuff. im 5'10 140 now (skinny fat) and i wanna gain around 15ish or whatever it takes to look lean/normal.

anything would help...im probably gonna do the elliptical in the morning and take some protein or something. i know i shouldnt really do cardio if im trying to gain, but i need to for my health. i have 3 and a half months until school starts.
