1 scoop whey
16 oz skim milk
3/4 cup raw oats
1 tblspn extra light olive oil

75g Carbs, 42g Protein, 15g Fat 590 cals approx.

I'm bulking right now at about 3000 cals a day, and I also taper my carbs as the day goes on(aside from post work out, got to go hard then), so it depends on your diet, but it can easily be adjusted to fit in any diet.


Bulking with 3000 cals? Lol what are you 5'8, 140?

No. But it's actually more around 3400, I didn't factor in my post wo shake. I also limit my cardio on my bulks. I've been gaining about a pound a week, and I eat clean, minus a cheat meal at the end of the week. So, if the majority of that pound is lean, then I'm happy.

4lbs of lean mass a month is incredible. I wish I could gain like that - I would be a happy camper.

breakfast (6 30 AM): 1 scoop ON Oats & whey, 1 banana or an egg white or 2 on a piece of whole grain bread
snack 1(9 30 AM): 1 ON lift bar or 1 serving of almonds
lunch11-1130 AM): 2 slices of whole grain bread, 1 slice of cheese, 6 slices of deli chicken breast, 1 nature valley granola bar
snack 2 (230 PM): 1/4 cup of cottage cheese or 1 cup of yogurt with granola (sometimes both)
pre workout: 1 banana
post workout: 2 scoops ON whey
dinner: not consistent..usually some form of carbs (brown rice) and protein (chicken, kidney beans, etc)

not 100% accurate but ballpark totals
cals: 1800-2000
carbs: 180-200 ( can someone help me reduce this? im thinkimg about doing a carb cycle but i cant find a diet plan to get low enough in carbs)
fat:25-30
protein: 100-125

this good for a cut?
im on p90x and i do bjj twice a week and in a few weeks ill be adding muay thai twice a week..weigh 242 5'9 but 4/4 friends said i look 185..hoping to get to 205 by summer and eventually get to lke 185

maybe your body cant assimilate it yet? definitely have to have fiber in your diet or constipation will come.

I already get my Omega 3 from fish oil pills. I can't stand the taste of Flax, so I stick with OO for my meal replacement shakes. It's still a very healthy fat.

I hear that shit, I love getting bigger but I hate eating so much. I'm currently on a 3 month bulk, I'll be done in about 3 weeks, then I'm going on vacation for a week, and when I get back I'm hitting the cardio hard.

I have 6 days left to the cut!

On my last cut I got down to 9% BF. Shredded! To get that I done 35mins cardio at 6:45am (before breakfast and work). Eat the the same kind of meals at the same intervals I would on a clean bulk but smaller (not changing my protein intake). Then get home from work and train and add 10-15mins cardio at the end.

All above with a stack consisting of :
Muscletech Hydroxcuts,
BSN Cell Mass,
USN P.P,
Animal Pak.

Im tempted to try the 'Timed Carbs Diet'.

Okay anyone wanna help me out, I'm trying to lose fat, I been working out doing cardio *not to much lifting but enough*, I got lipo6x and it helped a great amount and I'm still taking it, I'm like 5'9-5'10, and 190-192, any suggestions on how many calories to intake and and a few supplements I should be taking? Thanks in advance.


I lost 100 lbs not taking any suppllements just eating right and doing cardio. I don't reccomend any type of weight loss supplements, but thats just me. Where the same height im 5'10 and all I did was watch what I eat 100 calorie snack packs, ate every 3 hours, salads with chicken and steak tips, and lean cuisines were my main shit but I ate other stuff but you get the idea.

I have been lifting for 6 months gained 22 lbs but now its only 15, cuz I got sick and it fucked everything up ahhhh. Whats everyone take? I take NO Xplode before the gym(my fav supplement keeps me so much more motivated when working out) ON Whey, BSN Cellmas, & ON Serious Mass for weight gainer.

I cant stand NO xplode. Makes me feel sick/dizzy. For pre workout I use Animal Pump or sometimes Superpump250.

I change my protein depending on what cycle Im on/bank account status/requirement. At the moment USN.

And just started a cycle with Cell Mass for the first month of my cut.

Animal Pak is must if you train in my opinion.

Superdump LOL. Fuck, I got the first batch of SP250 and it was fucking ridiculous. I tried this thing called JP8 most disgusting supplement ever, works great though. Helped a lot with mental focus. IMO better than SP250, NOxplod, SP250, and NO Shotgun. Anyone looking to get some NO Shotgun, got some I don't need.
