is casein that much better than whey? right now im taking 2 scoops of whey after a workout but im thinking about buying some casein to have it for breakfast and before bed and last throughout the day/night
Some people find it beneficial to get Casein and Whey, but just eat cottage cheese or slowly digesting proteins before bed.
