you guys think this is a good diet (its a rough one i havent made the final plans yet)
breakfast (6:20-6:30 AM)- 1 cup of oat meal, 1 yogurt,whey protein shake made with water. total calories = 330
snack (~9-10)- ON protein bar- 230 calories
lunch (~11-1130)- 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 1 can of tuna, 1 nature valley granola bar, 1 propel- 355 calories
snack (~230)- ON meal replacement- i think around 230 calories. 45 g protein
post gym (~8-9) 2 ON protein shakes- 240 cals + 48 g protein
dinner- whatever (not sure yet. itll be different every day. probalby watever my mom
makes)
before bed- 1 ON casein shake (120 cals)

and would it be better to have a casein shake or a whey shake in the morning? i was htinking casein since itll last all day. im also worried that i might be having too much protein throughout the day (4 shakes) when im trying to lose weight but also gain muscle
