cawped 2 months of crossfit for 50$ on groupon. heard mixed reviews but i figured id try something different. Im gonna try to go ham at least 4 times a week.


thats cheap. hopefully its a good box that way you don't come out of it thinking cross fit is bad.

What brand of creatine does anyone recommend? I used to use USN's creatine monohydrate which I found to be good, but it's expensive, however myprotein's cheaper creatine has had minimal effects for me. Any recommendations?

Yup, any kind of progress is good progress.. taking up to date pictures is a good way to motivate yourself, atleast for me.. i take one every 1 or 2 weeks.. amazing how you may not think you're getting bigger but the pictures beg to differ.

i began a new stack consisting of beta-alanine and krealkalyn. Its been about a month and a half and the progress is good. i have to say the krealkalyn is potent lol. Im looking to gain more mass tho, any suggestions?
Right now im about 5'7 165 and cut build if that helps. any advice would be appreciated.

Anybody doing Crossfit? Was thinking about doing it once I get a new job. Its pretty expensive from what im looking at. Im doing Push/Pull currently.

Yea I looked into those too. VFF, Fila, and Adidas all have the finger shoes but each one has its pros and cons.
VFF are made for outdoor sports while Adidas made theirs to be just for gym purposes.. but after wearing these nearly for a week I want to get another pair for outside.. extremely comfortable once you get use to it. It takes some getting use to put on the shoe.. I was struggling for a good 5minutes to put it in the first time.. no pun intended ;)

I'm currently in the process of trying to cut fat and get lean. I maintain a pretty steady diet and workout 6 days a week. I am looking for a fat burner that can help speed up the process. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I do it. My eating window is four hours a day and I fast for the rest of the day. I went from an 8 hour eating window to a six hour to now a four hour window. It sucked at first but I got so used to it. My appetite is small as a motherfucker now which is perfect for my situation (I'm cutting). I may or may not use it for leangains. Helped me lose a shit ton of weight and finally get over my weight-loss plateau. Its definitely not for everyone but I think you should try it. Be sure to count calories.

I had been using Optimum Nutrition Rocky Road Whey for MONTHS and I couldn't bare the taste of it. Didn't taste like chocolate.
