yeah you need to take in more calories than you burn but it's a bitch to count calories. the easiest way is to buy some weight gainer protein. I mean like the 11lb bucket of it. it seems like a lot but you'll need it. I've recently been bulking and I've been through 3 of em in a 6 week period and I gained about 15 lbs of muscle mass. do like 6 scoops a day with whole milk. i split it up 3 scoops 2x a day or you could do 2 scoops 3x a day whichever is easier.
just like training in the gym you gotta train yourself to eat good. here's good basic diet stuff that i got a lot from:
