Yes, actually I do take ASSAULT for pre-wo which is 20-30 mins. before my workout but I take Whey probably about 10 mins. before I take my pre-wo.

Honestly bro, I don't got a set diet. I eat what I want I just watch the shit. There's nothing special in my diet.
No lie, I don't got a six-pack. I want one bad but I do need to clear some shit up in my diet & do more cardio. Muscle is building up pretty good though, my chest has gotten bigger along with my shoulders & arms. My legs have slimmed down also which is great (lost fat).
Most of it has been done by just lifting, diet really hasn't been a big help along with cardio. Trying to go hard on the cardio though, thinking about starting HIIT real soon outside since the weather is getting good.
