i would think most fat burners would suppress your appetite because in order to cut you gotta lower your food intake.

btw if you wanna shred, from what i've read, you should only be having carbs post workout and maybe a little with breakfast, otherwise stick to proteins and good fats (almonds, avocados, etc)

^ does shred matrix suppress your appetite? cause i recently started taking oxyelite pro and i barely get hungry at all, i have to force myself to eat. even when i do eat it takes barely anything for me to feel full. like yesterday i had 1/2 cup oats, protein shake with milk and 1 apple and i felt real full


Yup, it suppresses my appetite big time. & It makes me piss about every half hour.

Like pootie said, fat burners are supposed to suppress your appetite, heard goof things about OEP but Muscle Pharm has been good to me. Their stuff is top notch & they work for me.

i was on muscle milk light 25g and lost lots of weight. [5'7 was 165-170, and now down to 137-142].
now im looking to gain some muscle. anyone have personal experience with wheybolic?

preworkout=jack3d & i plan on taking maybe 1-1.5scoopswheybolic pre
post = 3 scoop [full dose]

any advise is appreciated.

how much do you weigh?

3 scoops sounds well over 30g? I think that is too much after a postworkout you dont need that much.

usually 20g protein from whey, protein from milk mix it in with some fruit an throw in some healthy fats(almonds, flax, peanutbutter) does it for a good post workout.

You want to feed your protein throughout the day, not take it all in the postworkout.

Lol I usually just put mine in the oven, bake it.

There are some good recipes online but sometimes I usually just toss the chicken breasts in the oven & cook it then put it on top of the salad. Make sure its fully cooked bro.

Yes, actually I do take ASSAULT for pre-wo which is 20-30 mins. before my workout but I take Whey probably about 10 mins. before I take my pre-wo.

Honestly bro, I don't got a set diet. I eat what I want I just watch the shit. There's nothing special in my diet.

No lie, I don't got a six-pack. I want one bad but I do need to clear some shit up in my diet & do more cardio. Muscle is building up pretty good though, my chest has gotten bigger along with my shoulders & arms. My legs have slimmed down also which is great (lost fat).

Most of it has been done by just lifting, diet really hasn't been a big help along with cardio. Trying to go hard on the cardio though, thinking about starting HIIT real soon outside since the weather is getting good.

Yeah I read that too but honestly it really didn't effect it at all.

Some days I honestly just forget to use whey before pre-wo & it honestly feels the same as I do when I use it pre-wo. I still get great pump & focus.

BTW Pre-WO's are AMAZING! Shit really helps. Workin' out extra hard for 2 hrs, shit.

Yeah, well I go 3 day split.

Legs, Chest/tri/shoulder, Back/Bi

& I usually throw in a 30 min. cardio session in there so basically 1.5 hrs. lifting, sometimes 2 if I want to go hard.

Seriously though, before the PreWO I would workout for an hr & be burnt. This shit makes you wanna keep going.
