I haven't tried OxyElite Pro but Shred Matrix is working great!

I piss like every half-hour & since I've started using it last Tuesday I've dropped 3-4 lbs. mostly water weight I believe but I am seeing some progress, still a long way to go though but its awesome.
Also, I definitely noticed the hunger suppression working. I get full faster & I don't feel like I have to eat as much during the day.

I will update you guys every week about it.

I think I will start a weight log.

About to start a 12 week work out plan, copped some supplements:

MyoFusion Whey Protein Powder (I've tried O.N. so wanted to see how this stuff is)
Jack3d Pre-Workout Supplement (Used this before, extremely good, insane energy booster)
Opti-men Multi-Vitamins

+Got a free order of Superpump 250, never tried it but seems good

Stuff like this never works long term. The minute you come off it, you are going to balloon back up.

Not true.

I'm carb cycling at the moment. Basically keeping carbs under 100g during weekdays, then returning to above-average on Saturday, then cheat meal on Sunday, spiking carbs.

It's very possible but is more advanced than beginner.

What do you guys know about Carb Cycling? I was gonna split it 2 days of low carbs and 1 day of high carbs...


Mostly people do this during their cut period.. U cant do it for along time only for like a month or 2... But its better to it every other day.. One day high carb and next day low carb, so your body actually is reacting to it.. U do it cause on your high carb day, your body is taking in alot of carbs and the next day when u are on a low carb, your body is being fooled that u are eating a ton of carbs but really arent, so it starts to use fat as energy.. Reason u should alternate everyday.. I tried this once but its REALLY hard cause u have to know what carbs to eat and keep track of how much..

Lol I'm 5'9" 160lbs. I'm trying to get down to 150-155 then bulk up to 170-175 muscle.

Do not try Jack3d, that shit is straight up poison. 2 of my friends that took it had a hard time sleeping even when they stopped. They both also went through withdraw when they stopped, they were both flipping out over nothing. Jack3d probably has cocaine in it or someshit.

For me, yes. Assault is AWESOME. Haha, last week I was an idiot, it gave me so much focus (half scoop) & so much pump that I just wanted to get into squatting. Not thinking I thought I put on 135 but I put on 185 & I did 10 HARD REPS. I was like WTF WHY IS IT SO HEAVY?! But god damn, it made me focus & the pump was CRAZY!!

Highly recommended.

whats your opinion on the inredients in shred matrix and assault? I got off no xplode a while ago. I need to drop some body fat in my body area. I am a bit iffy on ingredients and damange to liver an kidneys in the long run. But i heard musclepharm has better ingredients compared to other supps. such as no xplod.

Jack3d isn't for everyone. Some people can't handle what it pertains, but the concentrated scoops work extremely well. I finished my superpump250 by Gaspari Nutrition, and Jack3d's energy/pump levels can't even compare. I work out during the day so by night time I don't have trouble sleeping.

i would think most fat burners would suppress your appetite because in order to cut you gotta lower your food intake.

btw if you wanna shred, from what i've read, you should only be having carbs post workout and maybe a little with breakfast, otherwise stick to proteins and good fats (almonds, avocados, etc)

Yup, it suppresses my appetite big time. & It makes me piss about every half hour.

Like pootie said, fat burners are supposed to suppress your appetite, heard goof things about OEP but Muscle Pharm has been good to me. Their stuff is top notch & they work for me.
